Indira Gandhi International Airport in New Delhi (DEL) is the international airport that is closest to the schools in Rishikesh and Dharamsala. From there, you have several options to get to Rishikesh. It is recommend to either take an additional flight from New Delhi to Dehra Dun (DED) or arrange for a taxi or bus for the final part of your journey.

Food

Guests will have an individual Ayurveda diet plan. The Ayurveda principle of eating is one must eat well to be well. Meals in the diet plan are focused on each type of Dosha or the three energies of the Ayurvedic diet. The meal plan has various staple ingredients such as whole grains specifically barley, quinoa, or couscous. Spices are also a key ingredient in an ayurvedic diet. Meals that concentrate on ginger, cumin, coriander, and turmeric are often mixed with fresh vegetables.
