Built from local teak, this charming air-conditioned chalet has a private porch with 2 rocking chairs and wonderful views of the tropical gardens and the Valley. It includes a queen bed, a mini-fridge and a safe, while the private bathroom has a shower and toiletries.

The shared room has either two twin beds or a queen bed and additional chalet facilities include Garden view, Mountain view, Terrace, Safe, Air conditioning, Desk, Fan, Wardrobe/Closet, Shower, Free toiletries, Toilet, Bathroom, Refrigerator.

Free WiFi is available in all rooms.

Your private chalet or apartment is hand-built from locally and sustainably-sourced timber in the traditional local style. Each residence comes equipped with air conditioning and features a queen-sized bed, fresh linen and a small refrigerator.

For the security of important and valuable personal items, a wall safe is also provided.

Each chalet has an en-suite bathroom and features its own private porch with a hammock and rocking chair to help you while away your leisure time in privacy and comfort.

Apartments also feature en-suite bathrooms. Both styles of accommodation are identically-priced.

Quiet and beautiful existing in harmony with nature is the El Sabanero Eco-Lodge. Located on a hillside in Cañafistula near Tamarindo the Hotel overlooks the Cañafistula valley with beautiful views from all Chalets. 

El Sabanero is located near four of the most popular and beautiful beaches in the area, Playa Avellanas, Playa Negra, Playa Junquillal and Tamarindo are all just a few minutes drive away (beaches are not within walking distance).

The Eco Lodge strongly values the natural surroundings and the community they are part of.
